1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Salah Habit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Salah Habit is a prayer habit tracking application that helps Muslims maintain their daily prayers. The app provides:

• Prayer time calculations based on your location
• Prayer tracking with streak monitoring
• Progress milestones and achievements
• Prayer journey calendar and trends
• Reflection and journaling

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Salah Habit.

4. Account and Device

Salah Habit does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored within the app.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Salah Habit is free to try with a limited trial period. After your trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the app. All subscriptions are processed entirely through the Apple App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not have access to your payment information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
• Circumvent any security features
• Use the app in any way that could damage or impair the service

7. Intellectual Property

Salah Habit and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by Salah Habit and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the app without our express written permission.

8. Prayer Time Accuracy

Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical methods. While we strive for accuracy, times may vary slightly from your local mosque or Islamic authority. You are ultimately responsible for verifying prayer times with local mosques or Islamic authorities.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Salah Habit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any inaccuracies in prayer time calculations
• Loss of data stored on your device
• Any other matter relating to the app

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use of Salah Habit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the app or other users.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
